Overview
This path is for nurses responsible for clinical documentation and oversight. By the end you'll be able to locate a member's clinical record, document conditions and allergies, record vitals, manage medications and the MAR, write nurse notes, document and review incidents, and build the assessments, service plans, and care goals that guide care.
What you'll learn
You'll start with platform basics and how to reach a member's clinical tabs, then work through the core clinical record: conditions, allergies, and vitals. Next you'll manage medications end to end using the Medication Administration Record, then document nurse notes and the full incident lifecycle including review and state reporting. The path finishes with care planning so your documentation feeds directly into each member's plan of care.
