Overview
This path is for billing staff who set up billing, produce invoices, apply payments and credits, and submit claims. By the end you'll be able to configure the billing foundation (module, payors, charge codes, and plans), run the full invoice lifecycle, record payments and credits, submit and track claims through EDI, and monitor everything from the Billing Dashboard.
What you'll learn
You'll start with platform basics, then build the billing foundation that everything else depends on. From there you'll work the invoice lifecycle from creation through line items, finalizing, and voiding, then record payments and apply credits. The path finishes with the claims and EDI workflow — enabling claims, submitting and tracking them, and receiving remittance — plus the dashboard you'll use to keep an eye on the whole operation.
