A Grand Total box always shows the total and a breakdown by payor.Running Meal ReportsMeal reporting in Seniorverse has two views: Meals Summary shows the meals served to each member, and Meals CACFP shows the counts you need for CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) reporting.Running Member ReportsThe Member report gives you your member roster and details across three views: Profiles, Benefits, and Contacts. Each is its own entry in the Reports list.Running Demographics ReportsThe Demographics report summarizes your member population across several categories — Age, Race / Ethnicity, Gender, Marital Status, and Zip Code — with a Details table for the underlying records.Running Transportation ReportsThe Transportation Summary report shows your center's transportation activity for a date range. It draws from the transport arrival and departure details recorded on the Attendance page.Exporting Reports to CSV and PDFMost reports in Seniorverse can be exported so you can print them, keep them on file, or analyze them in a spreadsheet.
