Overview
This path is for new front desk and reception staff who greet members each day, manage the daily roster, and keep attendance accurate. By the end you'll be able to log in and move around Seniorverse confidently, look up any member, run check-in and check-out from the reception kiosk, and record cancellations and transportation details without help.
What you'll learn
You'll start with the essentials of signing in and navigating the platform, then learn how to find a member and read their profile. From there you'll focus on the attendance workflow that drives your day: checking members in and out, handling same-day cancellations, and capturing transportation details. Each article builds on the last, so work through them in order on your first day.
