Overview
This path is for care staff and aides who deliver hands-on care throughout the day. By the end you'll be able to find and understand your members, run the core Care Operations workflows (attendance, meals, activities, and tasks), record basic clinical observations, and document your work with notes and photos.
What you'll learn
You'll begin with platform basics, then get to know the member profile so you always have the right context. The heart of this path is the daily care routine: recording attendance, serving meals, running activities, and completing your assigned tasks. You'll also learn to capture routine vitals and allergy information and to document care with member notes and photos.
