Getting Help and Support

AllUpdated Jul 26, 2026

Overview

When you have a question about Seniorverse, there are two things to know: how to find answers in this Help Center, and who to contact when you need a person. This article covers both.

Before You Begin

  • No prerequisites. Anyone can use the Help Center.
  • For account, sign-in, and permission questions, know who your Center Administrator is — they manage staff accounts and access for your center.

Steps

Step 1: Search the Help Center

The fastest way to find an answer is to search. Enter a few specific words about your task or problem — for example, check in for recording attendance, or sign in code for logging in. Specific terms return the most relevant articles.

Step 2: Browse by category

If you prefer to explore, browse the Help Center categories, which follow the way the platform is organized:

  • Getting Started — signing in, navigation, and core concepts
  • Care Operations — attendance, meals, activities, tasks, and the planner
  • Members — member profiles and information
  • Clinical — medications, vitals, allergies, conditions, and documentation
  • Care Planning — service plans, care goals, forms, and assessments
  • Billing — invoices, payments, claims, and setup
  • Reports — running and exporting reports
  • Administration — center setup and user management
  • Family Portal — the Connect experience for families
  • Reference — glossary, permissions, and keyboard behavior

Step 3: Follow a Learning Path

If you are new to a role, a Learning Path gives you a guided sequence of articles for your job — for example, Front Desk, Care Staff, Nurse, Billing Staff, or Administrator. Learning Paths are a good way to get up to speed quickly.

Contacting Your Administrator

For anything specific to your account or center, your Center Administrator is the fastest source of help. Contact them when you need to:

  • Regain access if you cannot sign in
  • Change your permissions or the modules you can see
  • Update a managed account (accounts that only administrators can edit)
  • Enable a feature for your center (such as Reception, Billing, Connect, or additional languages)

Contacting the Seniorverse Team

For questions the Help Center does not answer, to report a problem, or to suggest a new feature, reach the Seniorverse team through the Help & Support site. When you get in touch, include:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • The exact wording of any error message (a screenshot helps)
  • The center and page where it happened

The more detail you provide, the faster your issue can be understood and resolved.

Tips

  • Search before you ask. Many questions are already answered in an article, which is faster than waiting for a reply.
  • Use specific search words. "Attendance not saving" or "sign in code" returns better results than "problem."
  • Capture error messages. Copy the exact text or take a screenshot so the right person can help quickly.
  • Start with a Learning Path when you are new to a role, then use search for day-to-day questions.

Troubleshooting

A feature is missing for my whole center Some features must be enabled by an administrator. Ask your Center Administrator to turn it on.
