Creating Credit MemosA credit memo reduces what a payor owes across one or more invoices — for adjustments, write-offs, goodwill gestures, or other corrections.Applying Credits to InvoicesApplying a credit memo distributes its amount across specific invoice lines, reducing each line's outstanding balance. You do this on the memo's Lines tab, either line by line or with Auto Apply.
